Vernon B. Cardwell

V. B. Cardwell, Morse-Alumni Distinguished Teaching Professor, retired after forty-five years of teaching in the Department of Agronomy and Plant Genetics at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Cardwell specialized in education, crop physiology, crop management, seed technology, and hand-powered post-harvest tools. He has served as president of the Crop Science Society of America (CSSA) and the American Society of Agronomy (ASA).
