Lindsay Marshall holds a Master of Science degree in Cultural Resources Management from Saint Cloud State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeological Studies from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. Her laboratory experience includes creating inventories for collections, reorganizing and rehousing a photograph collection, cataloging artifacts from historic sites, and sorting microdebitage from soil samples. She has written newspaper articles on local history topics, and presented her research at the Council for Minnesota Archaeology conference and the Minnesota Association of Museums Annual Meeting. Her research experience focuses on historic archaeology, the process of Americanization as seen through material culture, and settlement patterns.
