Howard J. Vogel

Howard Vogel is Senior Fellow, Dispute Resolution Institute, and Professor Emeritus at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Trained in both law and theology, his ongoing research and writing are located at the intersection of law, religion, and ethics, with a focus on the promise of restorative justice practices to address cultural conflict over interpretation of the treaties between the Indigenous peoples of North America and the United States and the protection of Native American sacred sites.
