Christopher Hommerding holds a PhD in history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His work has appeared in the Public Historian, in the Annals of Iowa, and on the history of sexuality blog Notches. In 2019 he was awarded a Legacy Research Fellowship from the Minnesota Historical Society and is currently a Gale Fellow at the same institution.
