Biography: 

Tom O’Connell is Professor Emeritus of Political Studies at Metropolitan State University and chairs the Farmer-Labor Education Committee. He has contributed to Minnesota History and Ramsey County History and was a co-recipient of the 2011 Solon J. Buck Award.
